    • I do this by talking to you and intuitively connecting to you for what your wants and needs are to move forward. And together we uncover what is holding you back.
    • I then give you new tools and behaviours for you to put into practice.
    • I also work with sound (drums, singing bowls, voice), energy (Reiki, Zetaphon, Metatron), crystals and scent.
    • I will receive messages for what you need to heal and become vibrant and flourish.
