Many of my clients come to me at breaking point. As any good therapist or healer will tell you, this is actually the perfect window into deep change. We often need to break down in order to break through.
No session looks alike, simply because our needs are all different. But we always begin by talking. We need to bring you home to your Self. And I do this by asking the questions to find exactly what you want your life to look and feel like.
We need to dig deeper to find what is getting in the way of the change you want, whether it be relationship issues, illness, or basic attitude to life. Your state of mind and attitude gives me the biggest clue to any underlying beliefs that may be sabotaging your chance at happiness. Often Boundaries, Self Worth and Self Love are at the core of feeling lost, confused, worn out.
I am direct. I will tell you where you might be out of Integrity, where you might be making poor choices, how to communicate your needs better, and when to step out of victim consciousness. I do this because it is the kindest thing I can do.
Typically, we then move into a healing space, (if this is the type of session you choose) I intuitively choose what can support you to embrace the changes we have discussed. This includes sound healing through drums and voice, and vibrational medicine. I am able to connect to your higher consciousness in this sacred space to deliver messages that bypass the rational mind.
Finally, we make a step-by-step plan that can include diet, exercise, communication with loved ones, and actions that move you in the direction of your dreams. We generally meet weekly, but I am not interested in long-term clients. The sooner you start to manifest results, the better!
The following principles are the foundation of my work.
This means following through and having your actions match your words. Saying you want change, and acting upon that desire, are two different things. I will lovingly hold you to account, for your sake — not mine! (Though I will enjoy your success.)
Here we delve into the deeper roots of what is holding you back. Unhelpful lifestyle choices, even self-sabotaging tendencies, come back to limiting beliefs and self-worth. By working with your midset, we are priming you to make lasting change.
In case this all sounds like hard work so far, none of it will be sustainable unless you connect to what brings you joy — what lights you up. Making time and space for your passions is not an indulgence, but an absolute necessity for magic to happen.
Nurturing yourself and your dreams often comes under the banner of ‘self-love’, but this can sound wishy-washy compared to the courage it takes to set solid boundaries when others depend on you. Self-respect is refusing to put your needs last.
